General terms and conditions for the rental of motorhomes
Basic conditions
To rent a caravan, you must present 2 valid IDs (ID card, driving licence, passport).
The minimum driving age is 23.
Accident insurance is taken out with a 5 % deductible (minimum € 300).
Minimum rental period:
– low season 3 nights,
– mid season 4 nights
– main season minimum 7 nights
It is forbidden to carry out any modifications to motorhomes (gluing, screwing, drilling, etc.).
It is strictly forbidden to smoke and vape in caravans, use candles, carry fuel in containers, sparklers, etc.
It is forbidden to carry bicycles, skis and other objects that could damage the interior furnishings – furniture, walls or floors (except in designated areas).
In the event of major damage to the interior or exterior, we will charge the full amount (repair or purchase of a new item).
It is forbidden to use ordinary toilet paper in the chemical toilet, use toilet paper designed for the ecological toilet.
It is forbidden to use chemical-free toilets.
The hirer is fully responsible for the persons and cargo transported.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and for a fee.
In the event of early termination of the lease, the rent will not be refunded.

If the lessee fails to comply with the agreed time of return of the caravan without prior telephone agreement with the lessor, the lessee is obliged to pay a fine of 100,- € in addition to the amount corresponding to the daily rent, if the agreed time is exceeded by 24 hours, the lessee is obliged to pay a fine of 100,- € for each 24 hours of delay.
Payment terms
Caravan reservation for a given date (via web, e-mail, phone) is valid only for 5 days. The booking deposit must be paid by this date and serves as a block on the date.
If the deposit is not paid within this period, the motorhome will be offered as free.
A security deposit of €1000 (cash, bank transfer) is payable on taking possession of the motorhome to cover any damage not covered by breakdown insurance etc.
Booking deposits
50% of the rental price serves as a term block, the remaining 50% must be paid at least 42 days before the start of the rental. Invoices are sent by email
Handover and return
The RV must be turned in in reasonable condition, tidy, clean, emptied, and the chemical toilet cassette must be flushed.
The caravan can be delivered to the desired location by arrangement – for a pre-agreed fee.
When returning an uncleaned motorhome (toilet, bathroom, kitchen, etc.) we charge 100,- € for each violation (the toilet cassette must be emptied and flushed).
It takes approximately 60 minutes to hand over and collect the motorhome and familiarise yourself with its operation and equipment – allow approximately 60 minutes for this, as well as approximately 60 minutes to collect and inspect the motorhome when you return it.
If you have caused major or minor damage, wear and tear to parts or components during the journey, please report this when you return the motorhome. If the damage is of such a magnitude that it prevents further rentals, it must be reported before returning (by phone, email, SMS).
In the event of a malfunction
All of our motorhomes are regularly serviced and inspected, but some appliances or other components may have malfunctions.
All repairs and the purchase of spare parts may only be carried out with the consent of the lessor.
Always remember to get a proper tax receipt, which will be returned to you when you return the vehicle.
In the event of an accident/damage
In the event of an accident/damage to the motorhome (traffic accident, natural disaster, vandalism, etc.) or damage to other things in the motorhome, you must always call the landlord first and then the police and have an accident report drawn up for the insurance company.
Take photo documentation of the accident – the more photos the better. Always photograph the accident from all sides, from a distance and close up.
Cancellation fees
The booking deposit is fully refundable for an administration fee of € 25,- if the booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the start of the date. Less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price is charged. Less than 2 weeks before the rental start date, the fee is 100% of the total rental price.
Cancellation
In the event of damage to the motorhome to such an extent that it makes the rental impossible, the rental company may cancel the reservation. The deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Consent to the processing of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, I consent to the processing (meaning in particular the collection, storage, use and retention) of my personal and sensitive data.
