Both owners are incredibly nice people. Already during e-mail communication when booking an appointment, they willingly explained and advised. For a small fee, they delivered the caravan to our place of residence in BA, even a day before we left. Handing over with explanation took less than an hour, and the next day we packed our things and left. We rented a 6-seater caravan, everything was clean, fresh, ready. From the beginning, I was a little worried about driving, since I had never driven anything like that before, but I quickly got used to it. During the whole time, wifi went out 2-3 times, but after restarting it, everything was fine. We didn't even use the included paddleboard, electr. scooter about 3 times. On the highway at higher speeds, it did make a bit more noise, but after a while I stopped noticing it. We didn't watch TV even once during those 9 nights, the kids watched Netflix several times. It was said that you could also watch HBO, but we didn't try. We used the toilet several times, emptying it in the camp was without problems. There were no problems with cooking either, two burners are enough, and the kitchen utensils were also sufficient. Refrigerators and freezers are also sufficient. From the beginning, we thought that it would take us a lot of time to set up and take down the awning, but with my 12-year-old daughter, it didn't take us more than 5 minutes. The beds and mattresses were also problem-free. We also handed over the caravan at our place of residence and the €1,000 deposit was immediately returned to us. Overall, great satisfaction, experiences to last a lifetime, the children said they would like to do it again sometime, I can only recommend epicvans.
